Rules
Follow the instructions and rules given by the game master before proceeding with the game.
Here are some guidelines:
- The use of mobile phones is prohibited
- Taking photos is prohibited
- Do not use force to open the locks
- Finding clues by climbing is prohibited
Preparing for the game
Schedule
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the game. The delay will be reduced, if necessary, by your playing time.
Cancellation
The reserved game can be canceled 3 days before the game free of charge. Later than 3 days before canceled reservations, we charge 50% of the game price. A no-show will be charged at full cost. If more than one game room is booked at the same time, cancel the reservation 5 days before the game.
Behavior
The game director has the right to interrupt the game if you do not follow the instructions of the game director. We will not refund the money if the game is suspended due to bad behavior.
Alcohol
We do not recommend drinking alcohol before the game. The game director has the right to remove the player from the room if he is unable to comply with the rules.
Damages
We reserve the right to charge you for the cost of repairing broken items afterwards.
Payment options
We have a bank or credit card, cash, Smartum, Edenred, ePass and our gift card. For businesses also billing with a 5 euro billing surcharge. Billing information should be sent in advance to our email, we prefer paperless billing options.
